Spectra’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council and its Champions across North America and the world guide our efforts to identify and implement real change to support employees of diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities and orientations, and abilities.

The DEI Council promotes programs, initiatives, and employee resource groups; increases the impact of DEI initiatives; encourages discussion and collaboration; and holds leaders accountable for true progress. We operate under three founding pillars.


  • Hire, retain and develop a workforce that reflects the clients and communities we serve

  • Maintain a workplace culture that values and leverages differences and similarities, and drives innovation through inclusion

  • Create client and customer value by partnering with diverse suppliers, engaging with the community, and delivering culturally relevant products and services

Employee Resource Groups

Spectra’s strength is in our diversity and ability to create an inclusive workplace. We want all team members to feel heard and understood, respected and appreciated. Our employee resource groups create communities for members and allies in the workplace based on shared characteristics or life experiences. Our ERGs focus on building community, providing support, and contributing to personal and professional development.

  • Spectra Women's Network

    Spectra Women's Network is dedicated to the development, advancement and support of women at Spectra by providing a forum to network and opportunities for professional growth.  


    • Create a network within Spectra to share best practices, accomplishments and offer personal and professional development for women
    • Develop content and events to help better connect resources across markets 
    • Build a platform that will help members collaborate and share ideas while they develop their personal network

  • Spectra Pride

    Spectra Pride seeks to increase LGBTQ+ cultural awareness in order to foster an environment of safety, inclusion and respect for all Spectra employees. Through networking with members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies, we enhance mutual support and mentorship, and promote dialog, diversity, and inclusion.


    • Educate Spectra employees about the LGBTQ+ community, including history, culture and workplace dynamics
    • Increase representation and inclusivity of the LGBTQ+ community at all levels of the company, from leadership to part-time employees
    • Enhance Spectra’s profile as an LGBTQ+ friendly employer and as a trailblazer for LGBTQ+ inclusivity within the sports and live entertainment industry
