Jessica Tropp- detail

Jessica oversees the development and production of all proposals, RFP Responses, and corporate marketing materials for Spectra’s three divisions: Venue Management, Food Services & Hospitality, and Partnerships. In her position, she focuses on developing creative and compelling proposals to grow Spectra’s client base with world-class organizations and maintaining strong client retention rates through the implementation of the company’s Client First program. As part of these efforts, Jessica oversees all financial reporting and tracking for the business development department. Additionally, she facilitates the onboarding process for all new Spectra clients—bringing together the company’s key subject matter experts to ensure each new account is seamlessly transitioned into the organization.

With over 12 years of industry experience, Jessica has significant experience in sales and marketing. Prior to joining Spectra’s business development department, she held sales positions at the Cure Insurance Arena in Trenton, NJ and the New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ. Additionally, she has worked on a number of successful naming rights pitches and oversaw all sponsorship fulfillment throughout the opening of Comcast Spectacor’s XFINITY Live! in Philadelphia, Pa. Jessica received a Bachelor’s of Sports and Entertainment Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa.
